Re. Private lessons: A student can reschedule one lesson per session provided that the teacher is notified at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson. A make-up class cannot be guaranteed if the student makes a request to reschedule more than one lesson during a session (with 24 hours prior notice), however the teacher will make best efforts to offer an alternate time.
If a student cancels a lesson less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson, the lesson will not made-up.
Re. Semi-private Lessons: These types of lessons are difficult to reschedule because the groups are composed of other students. Semi-private lessons generally continue whether or not a student is absent. While we will try our best to reschedule the student into another appropriate group, rescheduling semi-private lessons is not guaranteed.
