My title really describes what my teacher Tracey Steele has taught me and how music is life and life abundant. I have only been with her for a few years yet she has influenced me greatly. She has taught me that music is a refuge and that music is what feelings sound like. Piano has become my own experience where I’ve learnt to bring out my passion. She has influenced many of us to live out our dreams through the music we play and to be the best we can. Tracey has taught piano at the Dollard Center for the Arts, a non-profit service for the last 23 years. She has taught many children and was recently profiled by the Gazette. It stated that "not only is Tracey a teacher but a friend as well" and has made a great impact on many children in the community. She has taught society that music is a language we can all speak. Her quality of teaching is excellent because she is very motivational. I have learned so much by her and through her. Through her teaching, she has inspired me to continue my studies in education to become a teacher myself!
